Give up the drama

Nothing in life is a catastrophe---except perhaps someone hurting your child. Everything else is simply an issue, a situation--something that demands a problem solving approach. Hysteria only wastes time because whatever it is that sends you over the top, will still be there when you bottom...so give up and accept the situation--only then can you find a way to deal with it. Watch your language, watch the words you whisper to yourself--are they self-damaging or self-promoting. Up above all be kind to yourself, take care of yourself, even when you don't know why you should, and esp. when you don't want to--down the road you'll be glad you did. You'll have no regrets because you did tje best you could --somewhere in that sentence lies peace. Go find it--you're on your own.

I'm Bob. I may not look like a Bob but I am. People call me Bo for short, like in Bo-Peep, minus of course, the dress and the sheep. Although why any one would want to be called Bo-Peep is beyond me. Sounds too much like Bo-peeping, or a peeping Bo. What if my name was Tom instead of Bob, that would make me a peeping Tom. Bob would have a fit. Come to think of it, so would my mother. She had a fit when I changed my name to Bob. I don't think she ever got over it either because to this day she stills yells for me using my real name.....STELLLLA! YOU GET OVER HERE!
